My mission is simple: Help leaders save lives and dollars.
I accomplish this by teaching leaders how to capture the hearts and minds of their people and inspire them to contribute their full attention and maximum effort to the leader’s vision and mission imperatives.
Over my 30 year career, I’ve helped leaders within some of the world’s most noteworthy companies save thousands of lives and billions of dollars.
30 YEARS OF LEADERSHIP
Over the last three decades in a variety of environments ranging from corporate skyscrapers to South American jungles, I’ve honed a unique methodology that reliably produces unprecedented performance. I call this method All-In Performance™ Transformation and I train and certify business executives and rising leaders in it at my Leadership Mastery Summits held throughout the year in Austin, Texas.
I believe that it takes a special form of leader to inspire a performance transformation. I call this new breed of 21st-century hero the All-In™ Leader. The roots and results of my unique All-In™ Leadership philosophy are also explored in my Amazon Top 10 book, Heretics to Heroes: A Memoir on Modern Leadership, named the #1 Business Book of 2016 by Canada’s Globe and Mail.
